The Pawns of The King

The Pawns of The King is a sprite-based webcomic created by Joey Vineyard, started on November 19 2007. It is about various residents of Barstow, California, Canada, and maybe Georgia living together in a mysterious blue apartment/hotel building. It is the third comic series ment to replace King Bio's Comics. The comics are each saved in .png format. The effects in the comics are done in MS Paint. Currently, updates are on hold due to technical difficulties.

King SweaterHead is the apparent owner of the building. He seems to be intelligent but his intelligence is often clouded by insanity. Is apparently happy to be alive and dissected in a stasis tube as long as a pizza box is used as his ivy. He probably would've preffered the pizza...

King Sweater infected with X Parasites and the Conscience Overload Virus. He is slightly less evil.

[edit] Flying Pink Monkey

Flying Pink Monkey is a monkey with "Pink" coloring. Whether this is natural or not remains to be seen. His ability to fly has not yet actually been seen, even uncanonically.^[1] He seems to work in Pizza/Flamethrower Delivery. He is however, not the boss. Or named Melllvar. His ooks can be understood by all.

Master Chief is a boarder who claims to be Halo's Master Chief. He acts slightly more like King SweaterHead though.

Beacon530... harmless... borrows money but doesn't pay it back. Apparently able to hear money.

Avery is a guy who likes fire. Alot.

MiB Guy is an "FBI" agent who steals fire, leaves the flame thrower, and erases memories. HE does not seem to care when his memory victims are wearing shiny gold helmet things.

Lehatu is an emu with an obsession with pizza. Can survive large amounts of physical/mortal damage.

GMan is the Filler Bunny on The Pawns of The King only he actually does interact with the other characters. He is dark, cynicle, and relatively sane.

Tioh is the special-effects guy.

Conscience Overload Virus or simply, "Conscience" is a highly demented computer virus. He does not seem to realize the destructive purposes for which he was created. He wants to conquer the world.

SA-X is an evil version of Samus Aran. She also wants to conquer the world.

[edit] Fakedoctor McStupidaccentpantz

Fakedoctor McStupidaccentpantz is a perverted overly-competent doctor. He does not believe in comfort of the patient and will gladly perform open heart surgery with a chainsaw on a patient that is lying on the floor and is perfectly healthy WITHOUT using antiseptics.

Samus Aran is the greatest bounty hunter in the universe. She claims to not be a prostitute but dresses like one.

Moonlight is a mysterious entity [with the appearence of Mr. Shine] who just showed up outta nowhere with a blue pizza box and demanded to be turned into a blue robot. KS-X then used X-Parasites to turn him into Mega Man, which is not what he wanted. He will get what he wants later.

Whatshisface is a blue Link. He will get back to us on his name later. His role's importance will be exponentially increased over time.

QUITE POSSIBLY THE MOST IMPORTANT ENTITY TO BE INTRODUCED IN THE FIRST 499 COMICS!!!

A small robot. He has one arm and one eye. He will appear mostly in filler, but will be introduced in the main comic at somepoint after the appearence of The Out.

A plush toy that resembles KS, but with a silver arm, gold mask, and blue eyes. Likes tacos to much.

Mario is a mushroom eating italian in the waste management buisiness who lives in the Basement.

"The President" is a character implied to exist during "The Money" incident, apparently making a note that he will possibly get King SweaterHead to finish the Building's Elevator later.

The Mysterious Blue Building is an apartment/hotel building, presumably owned by King SweaterHead.

Maybe a living room. It seems to be blue. Nobody goes through the door on the left, but the door on the right leads to the Computer Room.

A room with a wi-fi computer in it. Conscience lives here. There is a door in the ceiling that leads to the furnace, and a door on the right that no one goes through.

The Pizza is a storyline revolving around King SweaterHead and Lehatu. Lehatu has stolen the pizza that KS has been waiting three weeks for, and KS must find and kill him.

The Money is a storyline revolving around Beca530 and the Flying Pink Monkey. Beca has stolen the money that the Monkey has been working for three weeks to earn, and the Monkey must find and kill him.

The Fire is a storyline revolving around Avery and MiB Guy. The FBI has confiscated the fire that Avery had been waiting three weeks for, and Avery must find and rescue it.

[edit] Technical Difficulties

At first just an overload of gigabytes on the author's computer, the problem escalated when it was revealed that the website that King Bio's Comics was mainly set in had implanted a virus on the author's computer which prevented him from uploading to comics' host. The author has prevously tried other hosts and realizes that it would just be easier to fix it.

It has been fixed.

On April 1st 2008 the website Maj.com went offline for several days and made it impossible for new comics to be uploaded.
